Carol Clerkin is a qualified fitness instructor specialising in Strength and Balance, Tai Chi and the over 50’s.
Retraining as a fitness professional in 1991 after a successful career as a ballet dancer, Carol brings her knowledge and expertise on anatomy and physiology to ensure maximum safety, efficacy and progression during all her classes.
Carols classes are perfect for those recuperating from illness, recovering from injury as well as improving and maintaining health and wellbeing.
She is happy to take referrals and to work alongside physiotherapists.
